SINCE 2018...
The Lazy Lobster started as a holiday dream by husband and wife team Don and Donna. Moving from there previous ventures as local hair salon and construction business owners, they chose the life they always wanted.
With hard work, a Michelin recognition, and an incredible team behind us, we have persevered through even the hardest of times to bring you the best dining experience in the Chew Valley.
When we opened our doors in December 2018, we were overwhelmed with the amount of support from all our loyal customers. For 6 years, we have been bringing the best seafood tapas in the South West for your enjoyment, and it has all paid off. In 2021, we were awarded the Michelin Guide thanks to everyone who spoke of us so highly, and supported us through every moment.
From an idea that came to the owners over a simple dinner on the coast, to a Michelin recognition, hundreds of happy customers, and even a second branch which thrives just as much as the original. We can't thank you enough.

Each one made with different styles from all over the world, leaving you always wanting more. Being a small business means you have the opportunity to have plenty of conversations with our hard-working, knowledgeable staff. There is no question that they won't be able to answer, as well as being there for your every need. They are the masters behind the seasonal cocktails and the know-it-alls of our extensive bar.
